Welcome to the Colin Prior website. These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Colin Prior website. By visiting the website and formulating requests for services provided here by Colin Prior Limited and its affiliates, you unconditionally agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

For the purposes of the Terms and Conditions outlined herewith, "You" is defined as the visitor to the website, browsing and preceding to offering and actively engaging in purchase of products from Colin Prior Limited. "We" is Colin Prior Limited, a company based in Scotland who will accept an offer to purchase goods, confirm the order, supply and subsequently arrange for delivery for said goods upon payment.

Any orders placed by you must be placed in accordance with these conditions.

Registration

You warrant that the personal information you must provide when registering as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use any false name or any name that you are not authorised to use.

Product purchase

All orders made by you are subject to acceptance in accordance with our order acceptance policy as below.

The following steps create a contract of obligation between you and ourselves, Colin Prior Limited.

The steps required to create this contract are as follows:

An order is placed for a product by your pressing of the submit button on the website at the end of the checkout process.

By return we will send you an order acknowledgement email. This email will formulate an order confirmation and order processing acceptance by us. This email will confirm the total amount and currency of your order as charged to your credit card. We advise that you print and keep a copy of this email as a record and receipt of your transaction for future reference.

Once your order has been created, a dispatch confirmation email will be sent out to you.

If your order is not accepted, it may be due to one or more of the following reasons:

1. The product you ordered is temporarily withdrawn from sale or unavailable.
2. We cannot obtain authorisation for your payment.
3. The identification of a pricing or product description error has been identified.
4. You do not meet our eligibility to order criteria.
5. An issue has been identified with your eligibility to order from this site.

Delivery

We aim to ship your order within 30 days. Your package is insured during transit.

Your products will be packaged as follows: Edition Prints are rolled and inserted into a heavy weight tube.

Framed Editions are packed into custom-made mailing boxes to prevent damage during delivery. They are dispatched ready to hang.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

We aim to provide you with the highest quality product. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return to us the item for replacement or full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To return an item, please send an email to info@colinprior.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return. We will be able to process the refund within 14 days of receiving your return and will notify you via email once we have received and processed the returned item.

The item must be in its original packaging and be undamaged. You are responsible for the shipping cost.

Colin Prior Limited is a company registered in Scotland and the contract will be concluded in English and under Scottish Law.

Description of Product

Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description, which sets out the specifications related to that product.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time they were entered onto our database. Although we aim to keep the website as updated as possible, product descriptions appearing on this website at a particular time may not always exactly reflect the position at the time you place the order.

Please note that whilst every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of product specification as displayed throughout this website, there are times where there may be colour variances between the settings on your own monitor and the true colour digital printing processes utilised.

Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and are correct at the time of entering the information onto our database. The total cost of your order is the price of products ordered plus delivery charges as stated upon the website.

For all orders received for shipment beyond the boundaries of the European Union; any applicable duties for the import of products into chosen countries from the UK are the responsibility of you, the ordering customer.

Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the payment section of this website.

By placing an order, you confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is your own, or is being used with full authorisation of the card holder.

You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit and debit card holders will be subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us we will not be able to process your order, nor will we be liable for any delay or non-delivery of product(s) as a result.

Refusal of Transaction

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time. We may refuse to process any transaction for any reason or refuse service to you at our sole discretion.

Eligibility to order criteria

To be eligible to purchase products on this website and lawfully enter into contracts under Scottish law you must:

1. Register by providing your real name, email address, invoice and delivery address and payment information
2. Be 18 or over years of age
3. Possess a valid credit or debit card

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material and content supplied as part of this website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. Colin Prior Limited hereby contests that all content on this site that is not specifically the property of Colin Prior Limited is used with and offered to you on this site with full agreed permission from all and any original copyright owners. By visiting this website and offering to purchase products from Colin Prior Limited you hereby consent to the following condition(s), that:

1. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by Colin Prior Limited
2. You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within this website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only.
