Shipping Information

Q. If I order a print, how long will it take to arrive?

A. If you order one of the Classic Collection prints, they are all held in stock and are dispatched within 48 hours by Royal Mail. If you have chosen a print from the Signature Collection, or Limited Editions, these are printed individually and are normally dispatched with 3-5 days.

Q. If I order a framed print, how long will it take to arrive?

A. As we offer a bespoke framing service to suit individual requirements, frames are made to order. The extra time in production means that it normally takes between 7-10 days before you will receive your print.

Q. How are framed prints shipped?

A. All framed prints are shipped ready to hang in custom-made boxes, which give 100% protection to their contents by a national courier. A signature will be required upon delivery.

Q. Is my package insured when in transit?

A. Yes, your package is insured and in the unlikely event of a breakage, we will either replace a damaged print and frame and arrange for the original’s return, or will give you a refund, without dispute. Our aim is to guarantee that you receive exactly what you have ordered from our site in perfect condition.

Q. Do you dispatch products outwith the United Kingdom?

A. Yes, we can deliver unframed prints world wide, however framed prints are available only to customers residing within the UK. Legislation affecting the transit of glass products by air makes the proposition untenable.

Q. Can I arrange to have a delivery made to a friend’s address?

A. Yes, when registering your details on the site, you can specify where you would like your order to be delivered.

Q. Will I receive an order confirmation?

A. A confirmation email will be sent shortly after your order has been placed confirming your order and delivery details. You will also receive a confirmation email directly from RBS WorldPay, which summarises your credit card transaction with us.
