Open Edition prints are dispatched by Royal Mail within 48 hours in a robust postal tube. If you have not received your order within 7 days, please contact your local sorting office. Increasingly, Royal Mail will not leave a card if no one is home when they deliver and the goods are returned to the local sorting office where they remain.
Limited Edition and Signature Edition prints are dispatched by courier in a robust postal tube. A signature on delivery will be required by the driver.
All framed Prints are dispatched by courier in a custom made mailing box and are ready to hang. Prior to dispatching, we will contact you by email or phone to ensure that someone will be at the delivery address to sign for the goods. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery, however framed orders normally arrive at their destinations within 10 working days.

Yes your package is insured. We guarantee your satisfaction and we will give you a refund, an exchange or a replacement for purchased items you are not satisfied with.
Yes. We can deliver all products overseas, with the exception of framed prints. Prints can safely be sent in a robust postal tube by courier and framed locally by the recipient.

Yes you can send an order as a gift. On the checkout screen you can enter any message, which you would like the recipient to receive.
A confirmation email will be sent shortly after your order has been placed to confirm your order and delivery details. You will also receive a confirmation email from WorldPay, which summarises your credit card transaction.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return to us the item for replacement or full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. To return an item, please send an email to info@colinprior.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.
We will be able to process the refund within 14 days of receiving your return and will notify you via email once we have received and processed the returned item.
